LAZYTALK are a five-piece band from London, formed in 2011 in a crypt not far from Kings Cross. LAZYTALK are on a mission to shake things up with a new blend of genre, style and attitude that has been labelled Future-Ska.
Front-man Piers Robinson, born and raised in Soho, brought together a band of reprobates, scallywags and thespians from across London town, instinctively blending influences from the The Kinks and The Clash to Jungle and UK Garage. The band’s unique sound, blitzing Indie, Ska, Punk, and Drum n Bass, has seen them tearing up venues around London and across the UK for the past two years forming a dedicated following in their home town.
Lazytalk recently supported Babyshambles on their UK tour and appeared at The Roundhouse for Roundhouse Rising. This year they are confirmed to appear at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, a slot on the main stage at Leefest as well festival dates in France and Italy.
