JSF supports new youth-led podcast project from the Ruff Sqwad Arts Foundation

JSF & Ruff Sqwad Arts Podcast

We are thrilled to be able to support our friends at the Ruff Sqwad Arts Foundation with their youth-led podcast pilot.

The young participants will be involved in all aspects of design, development and delivery. They will get the opportunity to learn specific cultural/creative skills, tips on how to present, how to write a podcast script, research, interviewing technique and working as part of a team.

“The 3 part pilot of the Ruff Sqwad Arts Foundation podcast is a youth led initiative where young people will get the chance to voice their opinions on a range of different topics and issues which are relevant in today’s current climate. Ruff Sqwad Arts Foundation believe that this podcast will play an essential role in giving young people the platform to become agents of positive social change as well as bridging the gap between different cultures, and serve as a key agent in promoting intercultural understanding. We are super excited that The Joe Strummer Foundation have funded this pilot and continue supporting Ruff Sqwad Arts Foundation and the young people – Thank you from all of us”
